REMATO has successfully delivered its Automatic Nickel–Chromium Wire Coil Winding Machine, designed for the high-precision production of resistance wire coils. The machine supports wire diameters from 0.10 mm to 0.65 mm and features an automatic side-loading shuttle transfer system for efficient material handling and continuous production. A specially developed servo-driven wire feeding system ensures smooth and stable feeding of nickel–chromium wire, enabling consistent winding quality even with fine wire diameters. Combining accurate winding control with reliable automation, the system helps manufacturers achieve higher productivity, excellent repeatability, and reduced manual intervention.
