REMATO is pleased to announce the successful delivery of its Automatic Nickel–Chromium Wire Coil Winding Machine, developed to meet the growing demand for high-precision resistance wire coil production.

Nickel–chromium wire is widely used in heating elements for household appliances, industrial heaters, laboratory equipment, and many other thermal applications. Due to the mechanical characteristics of NiCr wire, achieving consistent winding quality requires precise wire feeding, accurate tension control, and highly repeatable machine movements. Even small variations during the winding process can affect coil geometry and product performance.

To address these challenges, REMATO has developed a fully automated coil winding solution that combines precision engineering with reliable automation. The machine is designed to process nickel–chromium wire diameters ranging from 0.10 mm to 0.65 mm, allowing manufacturers to produce a wide variety of coil types on a single platform.

One of the key features of the machine is its specially developed servo-driven wire feeding system. Unlike conventional feeding mechanisms, the servo-controlled system ensures smooth, stable, and accurate wire feeding throughout the winding cycle. This minimizes wire deformation, improves winding consistency, and enables reliable processing even when working with fine-diameter resistance wire.

To further increase production efficiency, the machine is equipped with an automatic side-loading shuttle transfer system. The shuttle automatically transfers workpieces between stations, reducing manual handling while supporting continuous and repeatable production. This automated workflow shortens cycle times and helps maintain stable production quality throughout long manufacturing runs.

The machine also incorporates advanced motion control technology to ensure precise coil dimensions, accurate pitch control, and excellent repeatability. Its user-friendly interface allows operators to quickly change production parameters, making the system suitable for both small production batches and high-volume manufacturing.
