Resin Dosing Machine

RDVA series offers an automatic dosing machine for degassing, proportioning, mixing and high precision dosing of two component resins (epoxy, polyurethane, silicone..) in the vacuum or atmospheric environment. Vacuum dispensing chamber is designed for products requiring excellent impregnation levels where air and moisture is not desired. And equipped with atmospheric dispensing gun to dispense required resin material freely by hand movements.

Main features:

Automatic loading of resin and hardener from barrels
Servomotor controlled design ensures smooth acceleration has the ability to move precisely to prevent jerking
Level sensor in the tanks. Shows exact material level inside the tanks at the interface.
Automatic dosing feature allows the operator to take a break and return to operation again.
Material observation panel on the tanks
Dosing quantity and speed even smallest amounts can be precisely settable in the interface.
Easy and fast programming capability
Resin:Hardener mixing ratio can be settable from machine display.
Non-drip dosing
Pressure transmitter avoids producing faulty products
