Atmospheric Resin Dosing Machine

RDA series offers an automatic dosing machine for proportioning, mixing and high precision dosing of two component resins (epoxy, polyurethane, silicone..) in the atmospheric environment. It is developed for manufacturers looking for a compact, stable and easy-to-program solution for accurate dispensing without the need for a vacuum chamber.

Main features:

Automatic loading of resin and hardener from barrels
Servomotor controlled design ensures smooth acceleration and precise movement
Level sensor in the tanks. Shows exact material level inside the tanks at the interface.
Automatic dosing feature allows the operator to continue with repeatable production cycles
Material observation panel on the tanks
Dosing quantity and speed even at smallest amounts can be precisely set from the interface
Easy and fast programming capability
Resin:Hardener mixing ratio can be set from machine display
Non-drip dosing
Pressure transmitter avoids producing faulty products
