RDL offers a fully automatic vacuum dosing line for degassing, proportioning, mixing and high-precision dispensing of two-component resins (epoxy, polyurethane, silicone, etc.).

The system integrates pre-heating, vacuum dispensing and curing oven processes into a single automated production line, eliminating manual transfer operations.

Servomotor controlled design ensures smooth acceleration and precise movement to prevent jerking.
Level sensors in the tanks show the exact material level inside the tanks on the interface.
Automatic dosing feature allows the operator to take a break and return to operation again.

Dosing quantity and speed, even for the smallest amounts, can be precisely set from the interface.
